Haw to use technology more safe

How can we use the technology safety? :

- Don't give confidential informations.
- For the childen put a parental protection.
- If a stranger send you a link, don't click on it, it could be a virus.
- Don't use the computer ( or the technology ) too long.
- Check if the person with who you are talking is really what he affirmes.
