I usually start my day with a good run. In order to have a productive day, I rarely sleep until 10 o'clock. I always go to the gym after work. When I have the chance to, I help others, as much as possible. I never smoke or drink alcohol, and it happens to me to drink a soda or to eat a hamburger, but not often.
