I think it is important to have a cellphone for two significant reasons, the first reason is a social reason, to communicate with your friends. it is very important for a teenager to have a social life and a cellphone can help it, for example to organise things on the weekends or else. The second reason would be a practical need. On a cellphone you cam use a gps to go to places.....
