on écrit  Δ = (2 m + 3)² - 4 m² = 0   identité remarquable a²-b² =(a+b)(a-b)

                 = (2 m + 3 + 2 m)(2 m + 3 - 2 m) = 0

                 = 3(4 m + 3) = 0   ⇔  m = - 3/4
