( 3 - 2 ) / ( 6 - 2 ) = 1 /4

ax = x /4

h (2) = 2

2 * 1/4 + b = 2

b = 2 - 2/4 = 1.5

h (x) = x/4 + 1.5

h ( 6) = 6/4 + 1.5 = 1.5 + 1.5 = 3
