    COMPARATIF de SUPÉRIORITÉ

    Adjectif long >

    more + adjectif + than

    adjectif court

    On ajoute -er à l'adjectif + than

    adj. en -y > - Ier : funny : funnier

    adj. se terminant par consonne /voyelle/consonne > on double la consonne > big bigger / fat : fatter / thin : thinner

    Exceptions

    good > better

    bad > worse

    far > farther

    1- you need to be stronger and last longer than....

    2- I am better than you ...

    3- Jess is more sociable than Judy.

    4- .. to be funnier than the others but to be more adventurous and sportier!

    5- ... you need to be more tactical and smarter than the other people.
